Kryptium Tutoring
To create an organization that grows the capabilities of students by improving their ability to better address difficult examinations after having worked to improve their own academic acumen using our rigorous and rewarding training.
Kryptium Tutoring is a small group tutoring program currently aimed at AP History Courses that is meant to provide a way to specfically address the most dificult portion of the exams; the writing. Led and created by Mr. Javier Rodriguez while at Doral Academy, a Blue Ribbon School, from his successes in growing the AP History classes he taught as well as exceeding global pass rates, Kryptium Tutoring provides an avenue to bolster the skills of students anywhere there is an internet connection. Using the lessons learned from remote instruction during Covid, Mr. Rodriguez aims to provide tutoring in an affordable, effective, and convenient way regardless of where the student goes to school.

Kryptium Tutoring focuses on writing, a skill least practiced (when compared to multiple choice) throughout modern academia that nonetheless encompasses three quarters of the exam and over half of the grade.
It's possible to pass the AP exam with a 3 while getting every single multiple choice question wrong, which is nearly a statistical impossibility.
Kryptium Tutoring specializes in a methodology for writing that maximizes points per sentence, allowing students contingency plans to beat the clock, which is the most common issue for students taking the AP exam; running out of time.
As a consequence of focusing on writing, there's a strong focus on document analysis, which is what many of the more difficult multiple choice questions are based off of.
The tactics and strategies of Kryptium Tutoring have been refined through the efforts and collaboration of the founder alongside other teachers, and many of the most successful students who have passed any (and often all) of the AP History Exams.
